Current money factor on 08's

I've read the posts that Terry from lease compare makes which list the current MFs for all the 2008 model 1 series at .00285.

However I've seen a number of people now mention a current .0005 MF on the leftover 2008 1's (the 135 at least).

I was hoping someone could confirm this and if it is true also clarify if this applies for the 128i coupe as well as the 135i.

.0005? Is this a typo? I've been going back and forth on my purchase but if this is true I will be pulling the trigger tomorrow.

Thats what I've been seeing people post, I just havent been able to verify. Couple places I've seen it mentioned:

Nice, unfortunately for me it doesnt seem to apply to the 128i coupe but its good for 128/135 vert and 135 coupe.
