Akra Catless Exhaust - Fumes

I've had a full akra exhaust w/ catless dp's for over a year now. While there were always fumes/smell it has gotten much worse lately. If I am outside while the car is idling I have to walk away.

Can anybody tell me if this is normal, or if there is smtg I can check?

Does it smell more like oil, or fuel?

Sure you don't have an exhaust leak? Catless exhausts stink and it's a lot less noticeable if it all goes out the back of the car.

It sounds normal under acceleration. I should be hearing some tapping / clicking sound when their is a leak right?

I've never not smelled fuel (unburnt) when running a cattless system. You can always reinstall your mids and use the stock low cel converters. Check for leaks around the flanges. Are you running Akra DPs?

Yes Akra DP's. The fuel smell was there before, but never so much. If I'm at a stop and the fumes get in the cabin there are times it gets to my eyes.

I will check for leaks around the flanges. If there is anything else you can think of, let me know and I'll check that as well. Thanks again.
