264's

Does anyone know how the 264's are finished out of the factory ?
Are they painted, polished, machined etc ?

I'm pretty sure that they are powder coated

That's not what I wanted to hear.....was hoping that they were painted or polished so I could refinish them myself.
Is there any way to tell by looking at them ?
