I would personally go with the evolution racewerks inter-cooler instead of the AA. Both make great products, but ER has had a ridiculous amount of R&D from tracking their 135i. Can't get much better testing than usig the parts on your race car.

I'll look into it, especially if there are no mods necessary in terms of the plumbing (cutting, modifying, etc.). Have to catch up on my research as far as the ER. At the end of the day, most of my use will be on the street, so I'll have to factor that into the equation.

Looked into the Forge, nice product but didn't seem to have a huge aeriel/volumetric increase over the stock piece, and with the weak USD it gets pricey.

Yep, half the fun is researching for your next mod

ER actually found that with the stepped inter-cooler, the cooling efficiency of the radiator dropped so they did not go that route. All intercoolers require a certain degree of cutting when you increase the size significantly, but its not much... Worth looking into all options.

Nice choice with the Maddad exhaust, I ordered up the midpipes to pair with the axleback and will have some videos up as soon as I get the thing bolted up.

Yeah, pretty excited about that. Hopefully soon to have the final product, do the install and dyno while at it! Can't wait, the de-flap mod could only hold me in one place for so long. Need SOUND!
