I was getting condensation in my headlight when I swapped my AE's to Lux. All I did was open it up, checked the seal on the headlight housing and reinstalled the cover. Just make sure you have a proper seal. My condensation wasnt too bad when I found it so if yours is bad, Im not sure. Mine just went away when I made sure the cover was installed correctly.

Condensation is common with any headlight where the owner does something to them (change a bulb, install angel eyes, etc.) and then doesn't get the cover back on correctly afterwards. Then ambient moisture, road spray during rain, car washing, etc get in there and the result is condensation. I suppose there are cases where the headlight itself is damaged in such a way that water gets in but I am certain the overwhelming majority of these issues are caused by us.

The fix is to open it up, aim a fan at it overnight or for several nights if possible to be sure, and then put it back together *correctly* so it doesn't happen again.

(Including me BTW, I'm not talking down to anyone. I had the same problem w/ my stock headlights after I put the AE's in, I'm an anal retentive engineer and I was damn sure I'd put the cover on correctly, but nope!)

Yes depo's are notorious for letting moisture in. mine have the backs on perfectly and my passenger side randomly started letting moisture in after a few months. It only get in when i power wash the headlights, so its easy to avoid but is still a pain. only fix would be to have them properly sealed.
