NO worries BBK. It would be a strange place if we all liked the same things. I think the coupe looks great but when I saw the two cars together I liked to look of the sedan and I couldn't go past having 4 doors and getting the same performance for a lower price even with the M-drive and EDC spec'ed.

Yes it is tre bizzare that the E90 M3 is cheaper with all of the same options....

Not really, once equivalent specs are selected the differnece is the same as the sedan to coupe pricing in the 3 series range.

Did you read wheels this week. They had a nice review comparing the HSV GTS, Jag XFE, AUdi R8, BMW E90 M3 DCT, and the Benz C63 AMG on a trip around Tasmania. They gave the nod to the M3 (and Tasmanian roads). They were especially surprised how well the M3 performed on the track.
