Are they 17 or 18 inch wheels. Also is there any curb rash on them?

these are 18" rims. They are 7.5x18et49 and 8.5x18et52. There is not real curb rash but there is a slight mark in the paint surface on one. You can see it on the right side rim in the 7 o'clock position. It is extremely small.
