CCWs were my fav, not a fan of chrome though, I liked the original 701s better

and I dont think you were the first to run those offsets, I've seen similar offsets on 19s but you are the first to run those offsets on 701s

And the fact that you are always posting in his defense makes me strongly believe you were on the receiving end of that animation! lol

FULL POLISH not equal chrome

19" VMR 701

+

18" CCW LM20 Full Polish

=

Full polish V701 18s

First to do V701. First to have CCW LMs on a fully modded exterior 1. First to have fully polished 18 V701 in 3-series offset. Fact.

I'm still a fan as always, not as aggressive as your CCWs but I definitely like these as much if not more.

I think the polished rims go really nicely with the exterior chrome trim.. you will never satisfy everyone as long as when you look at it i you are proud

let's be honest here

full polished CCW LM20 = FTMFW

full polished VMR V701 = uh... not so much.. and tends to be on the ghetto side.

VMR makes great looking cast wheels and they are cheap. When cheap stuff imitates the expensive look, it often ends up on the wrong end. BUT, if you are happy with it, that's all that matters. I guess it's less of a heartbreak if bad things were ever to happen on these VMRs than on those CCWs

Now drive the car more and enjoy it instead of letting it be a garage queen. Modding a car and not driving it is such a 50+ year old thing.

I really like the LM20s on your car, it was truly "the first" and inspired me to almost get my own set of CCWs but the M3 is still the priority :/
