Going with 335i (sniff), as % rates just dropped again.

Finance rates on the 335i just dropped today to 3.9% APR. This is the gentle push I needed, as I've now decided to get a 335i given the wiggle room on the price along with the great financing terms.

It's with some regret that I've decided to pass on the 135i. For those of you who are getting one, please take good care of your cars; I will probably be wanting to buy yours in a year or two! :-)

Mikeo, when you get your 135i here in Santa Fe, I'd love to meet up and check it out up close and personal...

Meanwhile, I'll just lurk here from time to time...

David

PS: I almost pulled the trigger on a beautiful gently-used E46 M3, since I would love to have another one of those beasts. But, after considering the altitude I live at (~ 7000 feet), I just wasn't willing to give up 25+% of the engine's guts. Long live forced-induction...

congrats on your decision. I'm sure you'll still love the 335i.

Mikeo is on vacation with the missus, but I'm sure he'd let you check it out. He has a spare room, and keeps a stocked fridge, while I'm offering.

Please feel free to still hang here.

Thanks!

I have no doubt I'll love the 335i. I've been driving my 190K-mile E30 for 4 years, ever since giving up the M3. No doubt, the 335i will have a nice incremental power boost over the E30.

Wow 3.9 I think that is lower than this quarter's inflation. Don't blame you, enjoy.

My dealer tried to talk me into a leftover 335 today. If it had been a manual I might have jumped on it because they were really willing to deal. In a way, I'm glad it wasnt' and I'm waiting for the 1,
