I've always thought CA = Client Advisor (the guy who sells you your car), and SA = Service Advisor (the guy who takes care of your car).

Tricky when there is more than one interpretation.

Like, for example, POS = Point of Service? No way!! POS = Piece of Sh_t! Like a Yugo.

Yeah, too many meanings... point of sale in retail, and point of service for health insurance policy, parent over shoulder for teen texting, and piece of sh_t for all types of garbage products.
