New Scopione Lip
So my awesome Hartge lip met an early demise with a steep incline and was destroyed last fall.
This is what I bought to replace it...... overall fitment was pretty good, they need a little coaxing to fit correctly, but not to bad. I am enjoying the change so far. I ordered it directly form Scopione and had it in a few days. The weave quality is spot on.

It's funny you should say that, I was planning on painting them (and I still might) but they looked so good in CF I just installed them.

Very nice!! I am considering getting these carbon fiber "splitters" from ScopioneUSA.com for my Space Grey 135i. How much does this add to the clearance of the bottom of the stock bumper? I don't want to scape anything and destroy them.

Thanks. They probably add about 2 inches to the bottom of the bumper, but in Arizona things must be pretty flat so you should not have to much of a problem. They are having a deal right now and I think that I got them of $270 shipped.

They look good! I see since you're rockin a white grille like myself, I would be partial to painting them as well... and possibly leave the very bottom "extended lip" part of them in CF
I've used the body-color-paint-in-an-aerosol-can before, and have to admit it matched the OEM paint spot on. For like $25, you can't beat it! Once painted like that, what if you bought some green pinstriping vinyl, and laid a 1/4" x 8" stripe in the middle of the exposed CF then, leaving a CF border around a thin green accent line on each one? I think it might bring the wheels together, sort of like the green mirrors before.

You know it's funny you should mention that, I was really thinking about doing that, even down to the green stripe to tie it all together.

Sweet! Would stand out as unique for sure, but still be sublte enough to be appreciated for the small attention to detail. Not like it would stand out more than green wheels or mirrors, ha ha...
