How long are your long cranks, btw?

I noticed a few long cranks during the hotter days in August (perhaps 1 - 1.5 seconds in duration).

And, I had one long crank that was perhaps 3-4 seconds in duration.

I'm at ~ 8500 miles....

Radio?! Many of my pixels are about 1/2 dim, and some are out. I need a new radio too...

8500...i wish i was at 8500

6-7 seconds in duration is what i consider long. i had her in the shop again for it yesterday. they once again couldnt replicate. sure as sh@t. 6 seconds to startup this morning in the driveway.

they gave me a remanufactured unit but it works so im not complaining.

Me too!! People at AutoX sunday witnessed some minor long cranks. But I'm at 42,800.....

A diesel version of my new M-Sport 128i was at the show. Looked very nice. The X1 pictures that I posted got moved to the X1 forum. The other pictures are of BMW Performance options on a 135i. No 1-series from Alpina and no plans to do one.

Yeah, they may be "highway miles" but that hardly counts when you're cruising at 80 in 3rd gear!
