FS '08 135i 43k mi (CLOSED)
Closed - reverting back to almost stock and starting a new thread See link: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=733662 The car performs great and pulls very strong and even better after the recent sparkplug change. Cobb Stage II is insane. See the attached Carfax report I pulled. No major issues with the car. The HPFP was replaced in 2010 with some injectors. I have all maintenance records and I change the oil every 5K miles. The spark plugs and intake manifold gasket were replaced at 41K mi by my dealer. The free maintenance ends in Sept along with the BMW standard warranty, but my car has an extended warranty for an additional 3 yrs (up to 6/2015 or 75K miles). Dont hesitate to make an offer for this modified 135i. Especially if you plan on modding...total spend around $14,000 so you can save a ton of money. The original owner was a 1Addicts member and took great care of the car and kept it 100% stock. I am the second owner so the car has only been modified for 6 months. I did not use the Cobb AP during Winter and dont suggest it living in Chicago. Price: $27,000 O.B.O. Miles: 43,300 (no additional miles will be added after July 25th...it will be parked in my garage) Mods: Exhaust AR catted DPs Berk resonated mids Berk street performance axle back (ceramic coated) Note - Passed Illinois emissions July 2012. Exterior BMW CF diffuser BMW CF mirror caps Black matte kidney grilles 35% tint all-around (except windshield) 3M clear bra on front of car Black and White CF roundels have been added to the wheels, trunk, and hood. I bought them and did not install...was waiting for stock rotors to wear down. BMW mobility kit Suspension M3 front control arm kit St Coilovers (equivalent to KW V1) M3 rear subframe bushings Rogue Engineering rear toe arms UUC sway bars (front and rear) Arc power strut bar Standard equipment Steptronic Automatic Manual non-sport seats black leatherette BMW Professional radio and speakers Moonroof Rain sensor and auto lighting Adaptive headlights - Xenon headlights iPod and USB adaptor CD changer TPMS Automatic climate control Full Disclosure: Scratches at the bottom of front lip (center and drivers side) - wifey cant park the car but they are not visible. She also closed the garage door on the bumper, so a quick patch was done on the small/deep scratch which is not very noticeable. It is an '08 but the paint has been corrected as much as possible and looks great but there are some imperfections that cannot be corrected. Professional detail twice since purchase, hand wash (2 bucket method) during Spring, Summer, and Fall. Soft touch-less wash in Winter. There is a slight squeak sound from the rear when going over hard bumps, but isn't a major problem and is not very noticeable. Squeak disappeared...maybe the rear toe arms finally settled in Dunlops have maybe one more season of driving. Blizzaks have one season of driving. Installed button for LI laser interceptor and control pad for Escort 9500ix on fixture below HVAC controls. I will order a new part since both controls will not be included. Lost one key FOB. I may have missed something in the above information but that's all I can think of for now. PM me if you are interested or you can email me @ ken1371@me.com. Thanks for reading. Just bought a 2011 BMW 335i...decided against the 535 since it felt like i was pulling a bus during my test drive. The 335i is a very nice sedan, much better than my old 328 and 325, but I will miss the raw power of the 135 and all of the head-turners. I am more open to offers so pm me or email. I would still prefer to sell as-is versus part-out. Someone must be looking for an '08 with an extended warranty (?). My 335 arrives on the 25th so I will stop driving my 135 and I will keep it in the garage b/c it is still my baby.

No navi...the car is basic package. When i bought it I was simply interested in the power (hp & torque) versus my 328. I will dig out the original sales slip and add the info after I take new pics this weekend.

Looks like I have more time now. The seller of the '11 BMW 335i backed out and wired my money back...SOB! I guess I shouldn't post until the car is actually in my driveway.

Bump...time is running out. Make an offer before I part out. The entire purchasing group at Carmax was amazed at the condition of the car. They said it was THE most tastefully modified 135 they have seen, runs great, and smooth.

I confirmed it will take 30-60 days to transfer my extended contract (warranty). I need to complete paperwork once the sale takes place and pay a $50 transfer fee. i dont see that as a problem since my BMW warranty is valid up to Sept 2012.
The contract (warranty) is valid up to 6/2015 or 75K miles.
