Agree, price and specs, pics on a 1er a bonus... Is there something we have to do with regard to the runflat system to keep it from freaking out? My mini dreams it still has the crappy Euphoria runflats every once in a while (T1R's now) and lights up a caution.

Hey guys Edge has already sent Carlos an email with these types of questions. We will hopefully receive a response sometime this week. There is a n old thread if you do a search for Morr Groupbuy that has a couple of photoshop pics of the VS7's on a 135i just to give you a basic idea of how they look. I will hunt down the link later when I have more time.

i personally would love a set of the VS7s in the 18inch setup...
do you guys make the VS7s in 18 ? I only saw 19s on your website. Also how long would the process be approximately. I was part of a group buy with RAC Monolites, and that process took almost 6 mos.. Jeff |

Ok everyone with questions:
1. I think this thread is exclusively for the VS8's (if there is gonna be a group buy for VS7's we should make another thread to differentiate between the two. It just makes it easier to get this thing rolling. 2. The finish does not matter at the moment. I think each individual will choose their own finish...Carlos? 3. Once the buy is set in motion be ready to pay up..if everyone has the money ready the sooner we all get our wheels. From what I have read Carlos has said it will take roughly 60 days to do this +/- a week or so. @KeithLM: Same ones that I want Here are some VS7's in Diamond Black at different angles i found using the search. The VS8's should be very similar. |

I've seen those pics, but they all look so different because of the light it's hard to tell what the wheel really looks like. What's shown in the second photo is promising.

Like the sound of a staggered or non-staggered set-up with the 8" wide fronts to boot...Just wonder how much tire width could be used up front. From what I've seen, a 225X40 is about the biggest that will fit without rubbing..In that case I would go with staggered and 255's in rear...Sounding better all the time. 245's all around would be nirvana.... I'm for the 18" VS8's

Just to clarify, there WAS a VS7 group buy thread. Here is the link: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3567 There's a lot of great information/pics on it. That thread was closed at the OP's request (the OP was new_one), with the intention of starting an "official" VS7 group buy thread. I PM'd new_one yesterday and he responded that Carlos would be starting the VS7 group buy thread. New_one does not have any additional info since the VS7 thread was closed. Anyone interested in VS7's should keep an eye out for the new thread. Once again, this thread is for the VS8's only. I am interested in 18's. I can go with either a staggered or non-staggered setup - I'm willing to be flexible to make the group buy happen, at this point. Please let me know if you're interested and what your preferences are. Hopefully, we have enough people on the same page and we can get this rolling.

Please note that I'm not adding people who "express interest" to the list. I'm looking for the words "committed buyer". In the meantime, I don't want to discourage interest or thoughtful questioning. Hopefully, I can add you to the list. Please, ask away. As for photoshop, I don't have the skillz. With a little luck, someone might come along who can manage...

As an aside, wondered if we can use the TPMS monitors in the originals or has anybody tried the TPMS in a bottle trick placed conveniently in the trunk along with a spare tire of your choice
