Just a quick update, we're still doing tests on high offset rear wheels. Just as FYI, this involves getting a new wheel casted/machined to 50 offset, then doing the physical testing. Thanks!

I think Peter from VMR has already mentioned that they are doing some viability tests for 9.5" ET50 rear wheels and as this is not a commercial post, the supply of these wheels in 1 series offsets (if they become available) will be through any of the VMR retail chain available on this forum so I assume the retail price is the same as the ones currently available.

I would also make the assumption that with a few on the list that some special discounts can also be negotiated

Yes you are correct. The ET50 wheel is still currently in the stages of impact tests. Once the fitment is viable we will definitely be updating you guys ASAP!

For those who want to see VMR v710 18" on a E82, Brandon from EAS has kindly put on a set on his 1 Series loan car with the currently available offsets

18x8.5" ET35 front
18x9.5" ET45 rear

It should give you an idea of what the 18's will look like

I believe there are already 18" sizes available for 1... but in audi fitment.

19x8.5 +45 has already been tested and passed. If the 8.5 +45 works well for you guys, it looks like we are ready to get the ball rolling!
