Service engine light appears after HPFP replaced

Picked up my car from having a new HPFP installed and several hours later upon starting the engine I got a TPM malfunction alert and the TPM finally reset once the car warmed up. A couple of hours later I got the Service Engine Soon light!! It was the first day of some really cold weather here so I don't know if that had anything to do with any of these issues. Taking my car back in to the shop tomorrow. Any thoughts?
