The CS7 18x9 ET48 is intended for rear staggered set-up which won't rub. I hope that clears up. The comparison you used comparing a front wheel of VB3 to a rear wheel of a CS7

Thanks for the answers. I see that you have the E87 like me. You know if anyone has ordered this rims for an E87?
I read somewhere that the coupe is a little bit wider on the rear so, those mm can be the key. Know i am with winter tyres but in spring CS7 seems the best option for me |

Not sure about the Coupe being a little wider at the rear. I think they are very close from what I have heard. They will fit no problem as my wheels are much more aggressive offset (11mm front & 6mm rear) compared to CS7's and mine don't rub so I don't see any problems with these wheels fitting with the correct tyre choice

Nah man they are just an online vendor that is selling these wheels through these forums. Nobody has actually received any wheels from Alufelgen yet. They have simply collected money and designed a wheel specifically for the 1 series. We have no estimated time of delivery as yet and this group buy dates back to the start of year. We finally have photos of the wheels now but that is all at this stage.

According to the TUV, although our wheels are built by a TUV-approved factory, each wheel must be tested and certified by them which prevents us and most of US manufacturers from selling wheels in Europe. We can, however, ship the wheels to any address in Europe as we have done for several years now.

We are not just an online store. We are a full production manufacturer and distributor. We have just acquired our brand new facility in Doral, Florida that we will be inaugurating on November that will serve as a store front and main warehouse. As far as the 1-series GB we have collected a 50% deposit on the total amount due. This is a GB and a commitment on the customer's end must be made in order to move forward. The thread gauging interest for this wheels is about 1 year old. however, the date when the GB started is about 3 months ago. The R&D, CAD, FEA, Moulds, Testing and Certification have all been done. We are waiting on a completion date from factory to provide an accurate estimated delivery time. Hope this explains things better. |

Putting them side to side you can have a better perspective. The gunmetal is a metallic paint in a color darker than silver but lighter than dark gray. The Hypernblack is a reflective paint which varies depending on angles, it can go from a dark gray (nearly black) to a dark gunmetal. If you look at the hyerblack picture at 10' o-clock and 4' o-clock you can have an idea of what i`m referring to.

can anyone closely compare these to the original CSL's - from what I'm seeing these look to have the sharpest concave and fit the best which means they are basically like CSL originals that actually fit?
I have always wanted the csl look but have been disappointed so far because most reps don't look "exact" because the concavity is off.
