How many M Coupes will make it Down Under?
Haven't seen anything about whether or not Australia will take delivery of the new 1 Series M Coupe. Anyone know anything?

I don't see why the transmission choice is a deal breaker, I'm absolutely happy with the 6MT if I could afford to upgrade to the M coupe. Remember, when the E9x M3 came out, it was only available in 6MT for a year or so.
However, considering that the 200 car allocation for the 135i back in 2008 was snapped out pretty much straight away, I don't think many of us are even gonna get close to the M
