just ordered the incase snap smoke myself.
I ordered the apple bumper case, didn't want anything too big. I also grabbed a speck fitted case from nextbyte because i didn't trust myself to not drop it. It's pretty good but a little high around the edges so you can bump into the case when swiping across..

I ordered one from the case program but still havent got it... only been a week and a half. Can't remember what I got but it was a full case rather than just a bumper.
In the mean time, I got an excellent case off ebay for 1.99 delievered .. the back has a tyre tread pattern .. I will probably keep on using that.

We've tried getting the phone to drop signal levels but can't get it to. Do all the iphone 4's do it or is it just some?

My wife and I have tried on our phones and the signal remains strong. The case/bumper is so it doesn't get damaged if I drop it.

And if you believe it's available in current models as a retrofit, dream on...

I'm an iPhone addict so could not be bothered with the waiting. Walked into an apple store and 10 mins later walked out with 2 iPhone 4 16gb, other one for the missus.

I absolutely love it, the resolution is just amazing. Browsing 1 addicts on it is incredible. Unfortunately I now have to buy 2 more bmw snap in car adapters when they become available. The 3G ones i bought were quite expensive for a piece of plastic and circuit board.

I am currently on a tpg plan. About $20 a month, no contract. $330 to any phone + $370 to another tpg customer and 500mb of data which is plenty for me.

Slightly off track here... Anyone experienced alarm clock trouble since daylight savings change in Sydney? My alarm is not working at all now on the iPhone 4!

Thanks for quick reply. I wonder if it's got anything to do with the iTunes update I downloaded last night... Apparently there were problems recently in New Zealand with daylight savings and iPhone 4s. Or maybe I've got a faulty phone. Darn!

There is a bug in iOS 4 where a recurring alarm will go off 1 hour earlier than it's meant to. It's a DST bug that should get fixed in 4.2.

I woke up an hour earlier this morning as a result (I have a 3GS)

My friend just upgraded from a $99 craptastic phone to an iPhone 4 on the weekend, this was his first experience with the phone so far. Needless to say he's not impressed

Finally got my 32GB today.

After a very long and lengthy argument with Vodafone oer 3 months (regarding the failures of my Blackberry Bold), they sent out a refurb iPhone 4 as a loan phone.

This morning i got into work and the receptionist sent me an email saying a package had arrived. Sure enough it was via courier and was my NEW iPhone 4. 30 minutes later my loan phone arrived via express post. So, sure enough, I have had 2 iPhone 4's on my desk all day.
