Tyre Choices...Which ones?
So i find myself having to replace tyres after having 3 slashed. After looking at reviews online and talking to a couple of tyre shops, ive narrowed things down to 2 kinds. I only have my stock 128i 17" 5 spokes.
Im trying to decide between Falken FK452 225/45/17, or the Nitto Invo in the same size. Both are priced the same at $200.00 per tyre, they seem like decent bang for the buck. I can also get a decent deal on a set of Goodyear Assurance Tripletred in the stock 205/50/17, but cant find any user reviews on them. Anyone have any input?

Might want to take a look at the Hankook Ventus, they scored extremely well in a recent car and driver test against many of the name brand performance tires out there (Including the Michelin PS2's)
Plus they are dirt cheap.

Also the Sumitomo HTR III are a little less expensive and still scored well in Tire Rack's Tests. The are also <(US)$100/tire at tirerack.com. Call Gill at tirerack.com he will set you up. |

+1 on the Hankooks. I have them on my 335 and love them. great grip, great ride, and phenomenal in the wet. I paid about $150 a piece I think.

Iv driven on the FK's and I do like them a alot too. They are great in wet and dry and are perfect on the 1-Series body since they do offer more of a rounded sidewall if you plan on lowering the car or running a aggressive tire. -Charles@VMRWheels
