Does 135is tech pack come with the new nav cic-high?

Does anyone know if the new 2013 135is offers the new Navigation Professional CIC-High? I just ordered mine and is currently built and ready for shipping. I have read an article somewhere that all new 1 series being built in the spring of 2013 will have the new Nav (CIC-HIGH).

sat in a new 2013 135is at the dealer yesterday and it had the same navi system my 2012 had which is the CIC, the new NBT CIC system is offered in the 6 and 7 series at the moment and the new upcoming X5 I think, driving a new 2013 3 series at the moment for a loaner and it still has the regular CIC navigation system.

the cost of the system is a lot more than the current CIC based system based off of speed and graphics used. so its going to start off on the higher premium cars for a bit and then trickle down the lineup as the tech becomes cheaper.

but that's just a guess.
