Most expensive CF Hood

Anyway so some idiot backed into my car a couple weeks ago and scratched my 3d design cf hood pretty badly. His insurance accepted full liability, but they don't want to just write me a check for $6500 for the damaged hood. They keep telling me they will replace it and need a receipt. My concern is that I'm not sure if its possible to get a new 3d design hood anytime soon and I definitely don't want them to put some poor-fitting seibon hood on. What other options are there that are comparable to 3d design. The budget is basically $6500 since they said anything comparable in cost is fine.

I think people will tell you the ICarbon double sided CF M3 dome hood but like the 3d hood I don't think you can get it readily available unless you can find a vendor who stocks it. Maybe you can check the guys who helped with the recent COTM VO 1M with their Hood.. they are called STARCK PERFORMANCE.

I think you had it. 3D design is the most obnoxiously expensive hood that you can buy.

The vorsteiner hood is great looking and is 2K for double sided CF.

Maybe that and an ER CF widebody? That should add up to $6500

Maybe try looking at the European German CF websites and see if you can find something there?

A: It's perfect.
B: It's imported from Japan.
C: You don't have to wait ten months to get a flawed one.

+1. Also prices depend on the quality of the carbon fiber. More expensive = higher quality usually.
