New M135i delivered in Melbourne - who's is it?

My dealer sent me this photo last week, of a new M135i being delivered at Bib Stillwell in South Yarra.

I'm not really feeling the black roof or the stripe along the topside of the car, but I do like the side skirt decals.

I've never really like the BMWPerformance accent decal stripe. It looks...not right...

But yeah, with you on the side skirts. They look pretty cool. Did you option your M135i with any of those decals?

What do you guys think about the wheels ?

I actually don't mind the M135i and think they look better in the flesh.

But if I bought one - I think the first mod would have to be new wheels.

Maybe you're right. The side profile shot is always the money shot for my car.

Great looking hatch though. Don't think it's a fair comparison pitting it against the e82 coupe as some will always favour a coupe shape over a hatch, myself included. Put this beside an e87 hatch and you will appreciate what BMW has done.

Not feeling the black roof and stripes. The car is aesthetically challenged to start off, but this doesn't help. Trying too hard ?

I agree. In comparison to the E87 I much prefer the shape. If i owned a coupe there is no way i would go across to the hatch.

If the headlights were like an E82 the car would look better....Regardles....it will never match the E82 coupe in my books. Wonder if you can lose the blue brake calipers?

I like the coloured calipers. That's probably the best thing about the M135i in terms of looks

Ha! I should have prefaced this post with "I didn't take the photo". Being a photographer, I'd be disgusted with myself if I produced a photo like this!

Yeah, not a fan of the wheels. Much prefer the 405M rims but they're $5,500 with rubber in Australia. Ridiculous!

Had my car in for service today and saw a black F20 with thick white stipes on the bonnet and roof ...... can't say I liked the look but each to their own.

Congrats WIZZZ

I doubt that this will happen Ian, reading that thread it is very inconclusive.

Congrats. Enjoying it? Did you order it new? How long was delivery from dock to dealer? Mine arrives at the port on March 14th, trying to figure out when I might expect to take delivery.
