That was my thought also or only 60mph. Then I thought maybe that's just the last accurate reading the car got during the rapid deceleration of impact. If they lived I wonder what long term effects they had. Also looks like the jaws of life were used in the rear to cut someone out

Nah, a few years ago a teen took his dad's M5 out onto a private airport with some friends. He later launched that car 200ft off an embankment and into an oak tree, shredding the car into a million and 1 pieces. The only way police were able to identify what kind of car it was, was by looking at the wheels and what was left of the engine. I can't remember where the article was though.

First, may all of them rest in peace. Second, it was crashed so hard but some wheels still in perfect condition and engine bay still in great condition considering the accident. Hmm, time for detectives to work on the case
