Thanks very much to Advan for putting on the Dyno day.
It well attended and there was a wide variety of cars. I recall the highest output was around 370kW, is that right? |

Thanks Advan for running the day. It's a shame I couldn't stay longer. Would have been awesome to see the Bentley on the dyno haha.
But yeah, most of the fueling is through E50 with an upgraded 455LPFP. The meth is mostly there to keep IATs in check. I still can't get the procede to hold it at 21psi due to software limitations though which is annoying. It had pulled WGDC so at peak power I was probably only around 19.5-20. I'll need to do a little more fiddling or change to a JB4.

Nice numbers Alex. I'd say its time to ditch the Procede and move to the JB4. |

IMO it's not running THAT lean given you're running E50 and meth, i target 12.3-12.4 AFR running ~E50 myself.
I'd make the switch to JB4, seems to be much more support for it than procede. I love mine. |

He's actually running a lot richer than what the dyno plot reads.
He in the range of 12.5-12.2 which is perfect IMO on his setup. http://datazap.me/u/froop/20141122-4...7-8&zoom=0-171 Still bummed I missed this event as I really enjoy your dyno days. Quote:
He knows he needs to switch to the JB4 but he's just lagging and I don't know why. |

Very interesting charts.
That meth is doing a great job of cooling! I've never seen a log with intake temps decreasing like that. Wish i could have made the trip up for this. Have done a couple more mods and refined my flash since the last run. Would also be interesting to see the difference in readings between Sydney and Canberra due to atmospheric pressure. |

But yeah, it's kind of annoying so I'll most likely change to a JB4 if I can figure out if changing the meth system over is easy. I don't want to have to buy all new meth hardware if I can avoid it. Thanks Steve! We gotta head out the drags again. I haven't been in ages and I've been itching to go. Did the original buyer end up selling it or he kept it?

I'm very keen to go to WSID before christmas!!
The guy I sold it to got rid of it and the newest owner seems to be treating it very well. It had a good run at the Snowy Mountains 1000 on the weekend and he upgraded the Clutch and has RB's on order. Don't think he is on this forum though. |
