I need a quick sale..so I am dropping my price to a FIRM $31,300.

Also, FREE will be up to 1,000 miles round trip from St. Louis to deliver. Anything over this mileage we will consider by still providing a free 1,000 miles and then charge a negotiated price for the remaining round trip miles.

nice car, not overly optioned like most verts. as a word of advice- if the car's financed or leased with BMW financial services you may want to give potential buyers the option to pay you the difference in the payoff and asking price and then take over the payments (assuming BMW approves them). That may be more feasible for a lot of people and may widen you're prospective buyer pool. good luck!

Thank you for the tip...yes, the car is financed throught BMW Financial @ 0.9% for 60 months. In this economy BMW may (assuming the Buyer has good credit, etc.) allow this loan to be assumed. There are 4 years left and a balance of approx $28,500 on the loan.

yea probably have a better chance of getting some one to assume the loan if BMW allows- because they wont get that rate elsewhere- to them its like 3-4k down and the better interest rate

I'm lowering my price just one more time to $30,900 delivered with 800 free miles (see below) and $30,600 if you pick the car up in St. Louis.

Since this is a drop of about $3,000 off my original asking price, I am not sure if I should start a new thread on this sale. Hate to think that lookers are only seeing the first opening post and not scrollling down to see this new low price.

Again, I will deliver but, because of this lower price, I must lower the free miles from 1,000 to 800 RT miles. And, if you fly into St Louis, I will be happy to pick you up at the airport.

I've decided to lower the price to $29,600. The mileage is now 14,677. Price could be even lower if I were to sell the car before 1/1/2010 in order to avoid a Missouri personal property tax. Call me at 314-681-2999 (cell)
