What is the difference between xenon and non-xenon version Black Lines?

As the topic states I want to know the specific difference between the xenon and NON xenon version of the black line tail lights? They look the same to me? But what makes them different? Thanks!

I believe the only difference is the xenon equipped cars have working led bars that make up the design. Where as non equipped cars just light the bulbs up.

The ones you want for your 135i are part #63212225282 for a set of Blackline tail lights.

And... the #282 Xenon Blacklines will work just fine on a US spec halogen 128i car. Totally PnP.
