carbon build up in New York

I called BMW of Westchester (were I got my car from) and asked them about the carbon build up . and they didn't know what that realty was and told me that they don't do that

Bayside BMW in Long Island. I just had mine done under warranty. It's called walnut blasting.

How many miles were on your car when you got this done? What were the symptoms you told the dealer to get the walnut blasting?

I was getting misfires at cold idel. The car had around 45k. The dealer also replaced the coils, plugs, and injectors.
