Need help

Hey guys, car is 08 135 and has 40k Kms with no mods. The problem I've been having is under heavy acceleration or going around a tight corner with less than 1/3 tank of fuel I go into limp mode (get half engine yellow CEL that goes away after restarting engine). It's been to the dealer 3 times totaling 3 weeks without my car and frankly I'm getting fed up. Going to another dealership is not an option as I live on an island with only one dealer on it.
So they've replaced the hpfp, lpfp, wheel speed sensors, accelerator pedal and assembly as well as wheel speed sensors. If my take is between 1/3-1/2 full and I give it decent acceleration around a corner I still get the CEL. Can anyone suggest anything else I can tell my techs to look at? The car will be going in on July 26 for up to 2 weeks for them to thoroughly test the car and pinpoint the issue, but If anyone has a direction to point the BMW techs in that could shave some time off the fix time.

Something similar happened with me, i changed the lpfp..nothing! I ended up changing the sensor of then lpfp and good to go! Let me know Wht happens! Good luck!

sorry i'm a little confused, you changed the sensor for the lpfp?
