First I purchased the "head cleaning in a bottle" deal at $200. Then, after 2 weeks of driving I knew it wasn't better and that my car was very very laggy. So, I brought it back in and this is what they did....http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=665560

Plugs were replaced at 45k by dealer. I just wanted to do it again because had a feeling they needed it. Gasoline in my area is not great and historically plugs wear out.

I ordered mine from BAVAUTO and the boxes had a BMW stamped on them.

BTW, car wash has no impact on anything. The system is totally sealed. I routinely spray down the engine bay to keep it clean and have never had an issue for the last 20 years or so.
