That was the dealership I went to! Ridiculous!

However, I still need to talk to the dealership I bought my car from, which was New Century BMW in Southern California.

Hey everybody! I don't mean to revive an old thread, but just wanted to provide an update!

The sales associate I had bought my car from back in July 2011 (Linda Wang) had promised me back in August that the dealership would honor the fog housing replacement. I work in Northern California, so I did not have time until this Christmas break to get everything fixed since it wouldn't be convenient for me to go back down just to get this problem fixed.

When I went to New Century BMW 3 weeks ago, Linda Wang had said that the manager said it was too late for them to honor that problem since it's been so long. However, Linda did not want to break her promise, so she eventually covered the cost of my fog housing replacement out of her own pocket.

I am very pleased with this outcome and recommend anyone to buy a car from her. She also gave me a pretty good discount

That outrageous price for replacing a fog light lens is typical of BMW service.

I trust that when you first went into the service department they all came over and gave you a big kiss.

As we all know, it's nice to be kissed when you're being screwed.

Glad to see it was finally fixed!

Now I am scared because both of my headlights are condensing and I don't want to go through the same thing
