Heated seats retro??

I got a loaner car and i really dig the heated seats, unfortunately my car doesn't have them but i was wondering about a retrofit. My car has the manual sport seats in leather with the power adjustable bolsters What items would i need aside from the heating pads and the hvac controls with the buttons?? For all you retro experts do you guys think its a tough one??
