haha... anyone...? completely stock looking 135i with M1 badging... classy.. anyone care to claim this as their own?

Saw it parked in Chicago in the parking Garage of East Bank Club.

Doesn't bug me. People do whatever best expresses themselves. M logos have been placed on non-M cars from the factories. The latest example is the X6M which isn't a pure M car but with M trims.

You can't say the new X5/X6M aren't M cars. They're built by the M division. Just because they don't follow like M cars of the past, doesn't mean they're not M cars. Cmon. On the flipside, the 135i is not and M car. Don't put and M badge on it. Its as dumb as putting an AMG badge on a non-AMG benz.

The fact that it's a SUV doesnt mean its not a M. The M brand is most certainly not limited to cars. It's simply a more fun/ agressive trim package of BMW's existing models.
