Are the spots yellow/orange? I have some spots on one of my front wheels that I can't get off, been there for over a year now. I was hoping since I paid for the wheel/tire insurance through BMW they might fix it but I was wrong... lame.

If anybody knows a way to get rid of this issue PLEASE let me know.

They are actually more of a black or dark gray color. Some look like spots, and one wheel, it looks like a drip or run.

Go to Walmart and get armor all extreme wheel and tire cleaner. Its A orange spray bottle Follow the directions. I just used a sponge dedicated for my wheels. I used to have a really dark yellow running streaks on my front rims. After first use could really tell a difference. After a couple more uses the spots were gone. Now I use it like every other wash. Works great. Give it a try and let me know how it works.

i think i also have similar issues with my wheels. They kind of look like dripping water marks and spots. The are like greyish / whitish in color i guess. I get them all the time when i try to use wheels cleaners. I used neverdull to take it off and it worked perfectly... Take a shot at it...

they have it at autozone and other car part stores..

It looks like Neverdull is for metal. My wheels are factory painted.
