Long Island Help

Has anyone used TireRack and a recommended installer on LI? How was your experience with a retailer who doesn't get the tire sale and only the mounting? I tried to get Blizzak LM-25 RFT from Firestone in Massapequa and what a nightmare. Lies, unreturned phone calls. I'm amazed in this economy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a recommended installer called maximum tuning in glen head. I don't suggest them. They left a nick on my bbs wheels when I had my e36. The trick with any tire mounting is to physically be in the shop, right next to them while they're doing it. Tell them I'd they take care of your wheels, you'll take take care of them. Works for me and I throw him a 20 when he's done

Try your BMW dealer. I had Smithtown BMW mount my winter tires I bought from DiscountTires.com for $80. They even washed my car.

Hassel BMW wants 60.00/tire. They must be on crack.
