That blue really does it for me. I wonder what this generation is going to be like from a mixing in components between it and the F3x M3/4.

Thats a lot of money for the coupe version of the M135...Trying to imitate the pricing of the CLA45AMG, i just think the CLA45 is more car then the M235 (just by the CLA reviews), i want to be proven wrong though when comparison reviews are done. BMW imo should be selling the M235 with high standard features and very few options for 84k-86k driveaway to cut down the never ending CLA45 orders.

When it came to ordering my CLA the only two options available were black rims and stiffer suspension. Basically a 4.6 second car with all the bells and whistles for 91.5k (after light haggling) is damn hard to say no to. Only down side is the long wait time.

At or mt base?

That's horrible.. Is bm australia trying to push people to mb/audi? I'm pretty sure the cla and a are cheaper?

Would be easy to get over $100k, especially if the LSD is an option here.

From memory the AT is a no cost option, or AT is standard at MT is no cost option.

If you want to see an eye opener, fully option an S3 sedan, then bring a M235i to the same spec.. you can buy a polo with the difference..

Having driven the CLA45, I think BMW have nothing to worry about.
The CLA is bat shit boring of a drive.
It'll sell cause on paper it looks good, but the true performance still goes to BMW.

Ridiculously overpriced (by at least 10k), especially compared to the competition. And considering it's really just a slight incremental upgrade to the old model 135i. Oh well, will be good for resale values of 135i's at least.

Audi S3 sedan for 65k rrp? That's 25k cheaper!

More than a 10% increase on the outgoing model. Ah well whatever you're willing to pay I guess.

The 2 series does seem as though it's going to be above the 90k mark but remember the 1 series with some option's pushed 100k.

When i first saw my 135i on the showroom floor the dealership was asking 98k driveaway!!

The dealer was asking $105k driver for my optioned 135i - talked them down to 92k...

CLA45 simply looks wrong IMO, also couldn't justify those $$ on a 2L 4 pot.

Where is the 100k+ drive away for the M235i coming from?

Thought the drive away for the base model was 89k and then there was these option packs -

Advanced Parking Package – $1,000
Visibility Package – $1,200
Comfort Package – $2,400

These 3 option packs make it very well equipped. What else is being added to get it to 100k? Is it just sunroof + the mandatory metallic paint?

Blue 235 with Roof, Audio, Parking, Comfort, Driving and Vis packages was 105 list with onroads.

Though your options packages prices seem to be lower than the ones I've seen.

I'm just quoting this -

That's from some time ago. Are they more expensive? Maybe those prices are exclusive of LCT.

I can't see that there will be a rush for these. Boring looking car, incremental improvement over the old model, 20k too expensive, IMHO of course.
Does anyone feel the urge to trade in for a new one???
I might have to change my user name....
