Eh, I would go for maybe 50, but 55 is pushing it I think. Beautiful car and well done though.

55k?
No thanks...not when the used NADA value is around 40K You have to ask yourself why was the clutch replaced?

Is it a stick or auto(DCT)? Looks pretty well maintained but for the price and older version of Idrive, sounds like he is trying to recoup what he spent on the performance parts. I would say $45K take it or leave it

I've seen this car around here, it sounds pretty good. The seller is on m3post, here's a couple threads on his clutch woes:
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=722115 http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=722402 Most likely reason for the new one. I agree with above he could be trying to recoup costs of the mods. Edit: car is a 6-spd

Oh yeah...buy with confidence...Bummer...
"Today i had an incident, I miss shifted into 3rd (at 140mph), and rpm went past 9k (this is my second time miss shifting in a looong time, and the first time wasn't that bad). " "*I did have CDV valve mod right before the incident (that is why i miss shifted, i wasn't used to the shifting)." And what does the clutch delay valve have to do with proper gear selection? ^ why I avoid heavily modded cars like the plague.

Looking through the other threads don't inspire much confidence, PPI to be made and heavy negotiation on the back end for sure.

I don't think I have ever seen it around here.
Smell, have you seen the Audi R8 sitting in the inbound car lot on panzer? Very pretty.

I would only buy a modded car if I knew the owner or if it was a deal too good to pass up. The guy who bough my WRX was the younger brother of an acquaintance and I gave him a good deal. 18 months later he tells me he's NEVER selling the car. That makes me feel good.
This car needs to be $10k cheaper.
