Nu Finish

Anyone used the Nu Finish car polish? Does it work better than conventional turtle wax?

~ both are very dusty, leave white residue in cracks, hard to work with and not so good imo (very old school).

i would use a high quality but reasonable priced carnauba paste wax... such as a meguiars.

link: http://www.meguiars.com/?paste-car-w...-Car-Wax-Paste - available at most auto parts stores.

The new turtle wax platinum series is very good, can be found at Big Lots for like $3.50, I like it better than Meguiars Gold Class. Meguiars NXT, or Mothers Synwax FX or Reflections are found locally and are excellent. NuFinish is not very good, maybe in the 80's it was OK. Mothers Reflections on TiAg looks great.

If I'm not mistaken, NuFinish is also abrasive to help remove all of that oxidation they show on the commericals. Wouldn't even put that in the same area as my car.
