Hmm....I think I would qualify if I was willing to move to Maine...I work with RF, Ku, Ka, X, C, etc, etc...everyday

RF Engineer. we are a vendor and our main client is at&t, t-mobile, clearwire etc.
this will give you a clue

Field service side or Installation side?

not field. at office, he/she will be doing a lot of MapInfo stuff and post processing data that was driven by the field engineer. that was the main task. and candidate should know the foundation of GSM and UMTS.

Cool...GSM and UMTS is a horizontal shift from my field (CDMA, TDMA, FDMA)...I know a few people in the Comm. Industry that may be interested...I will run it by them if it is ok with you.

I've also had luck finding fresh-out engineers by contacting university career centers.
