How do I find out for sure? I just want to know so I can find out how much they weigh compare to stock wheels.

Have you tried PMing the owner of that car? Or sending that pic to VMR and ask them to verify authenticity.

Looks like 235/35/19 on at least an 8.5 wide, maybe 9 wheel.

Edit: looks like the 718s come in either 19x8.5 or 19x9.5

So I never had any aftermarket wheels on my cars before. How should they be washed, cleaned? I heard a lot of stories about dealerships washing your car after service and jacking up the wheels. Should I tell them not to wash my car? How about at the local hand car wash? Thanks guys.

Those look to be VMR VB3's. The V718's are a little different they don't have a tab for the M logo and the lip is a little different.
