Fuel Flap Problem

Brand New car but recently noticed the Fuel Flap would not close. It stays open about an inch when the car is unlocked but if I push it in and lock the car it stays closed..

Really does not look good.

Has anyone else had this problem?

There's a spring latch piece that is on the fuel bowl that needs to be replaced. Just see the dealership, they should have it in stock. It's pretty common.
