Yes, I saw the exact same one here in Santa Barbara yesterday night. I was working so I couldn't take pics, but I can say it looked so nice. very aggressive looking, well balanced...( I only saw the rear tho)
Also there was artic(or silver) e90 sedan going right behind the m3. I don't know if it was also testing model or something different than a normal e90 325/330.

Next time pictures for sure ! ! ! My camera phone is ready ! ! !

I'm almost certain that that's a make shift hood, the real one would be more sleek than that, regardless WOW

Maybe its just me, but I think its ugly. No offence but the E46 M3 looks a WHOLE lot better. I think the E46(coupe) > E92 in general.
