mod friendly dealerships in AZ

So I bought my car at Chapman BMW on Camelback. When I bought it I asked about cosmetic mods like CF diffuser, the performance steering wheel, etc. and the dealership offered a bunch of suggestions. When I mentioned an intake or exhaust they immediately said that any drivetrain mod at all would void my warranty, even an exhaust.

I have heard from a couple other BMW owners that they are by far the most strict dealership around here. My question is whether any of you other AZ 1-ers have added simple mods like intake or exhaust and had any issues with warranty work at either of the other 2 dealerships. I'm not looking to do a tune or even DP, I get why those may create a problem, I'm looking for simple mods like I/E/FMIC.

Let me know if you have any feedback from these guys or any experiences to share. Thanks a ton guys!
