Remove the light assembly
Then see if you can shake it out I just had to do a job like this where I had to use black caulk on the end of a rod With patience and perseverance I was able to get a dead wasp (no clue how it got in there) out of the light fixture I hope this helps |

Had to remove the light and fish it out with a little copper wire.

I've had a piece of packaging peanut stuck in my black line for the past two years... It drives me nuts every time I see it. Might have to try your technique. Tho my location looks like it's a lot harder to get to.
