Winter --> Summer tire switch-over... ?

Hi All,

So I was wondering... we all will be (probably) switching over soon to our summer tires. When I do put my summers on... what all will I have to do to reset the TPMS ???

Do I just go into the TPMS menu and hit the reset button and then drive off? Or what?

shouldn't need to do anything... as long as the pressures are correct.

Just did the switch today. My Winters are different. 225-45/17 Blizzaks. Back to the OEM set and corrected the tire pressures. Did the reset, but did not indicate it reset. No warning tho, so I guess I'm good to go. Glad to be back on my summer set.

I want to be back on my summers..... but we got this random-ass snow storm in Chicago today, so looks like another week or so before I'm gonna switch.

Just ordered new summer tires today, so in a week or two i will be off crappy winter RFTs :-) getting Toyo T1-R's front 225/40-18 and rear 255/35-18
