Does this require any fender work to clear in the front or just spacers? Are these painted or powder coated?

10mm spacers up front, no fender rolling.

They're painted with duplicolor anthracite rim paint and specific metal primer, looks really good actually. Could use a little touch up (from mounting and removing tires 5 times over last track season)
