Passenger side window issue...

I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I could not find it on the search. Perhaps I do not know the correct query terms to use.

My passenger side window seems to be having a problem. When shutting the door, one has to shut it quite firmly to have the window go up into its "slot." Otherwise, it seems slightly ajar. If I roll the window down, a little of the glass is still showing up beyond the door (unlike the the driver's side). If I roll the window up with the door shut, the window goes all the way to the top then back down to about halfway open/closed.

I've tried resetting the window, but that hasn't seemed to help. Please advise. Thanks so much!

I have the same problem. Were you able to fix it?
