Removing Jb4

Does anyone here around chatswood area knows how to removed a jb4?

Just thought of asking as it's urgent I need help ...

If the harness is anything like the PROcede which I assume it probably would be, it can't be too hard and I'm sure I could help. Just follow the install steps in reverse and match up the colours.
