The time has come to consider parting ways with my 135i. I purchased the car from an enthusiast in August 2013 and enjoyed it ever since. It’s been taken care of by a car nut/amateur detailer. Never seen track time or any wheel spin. The car and transmission are just becoming too uncomfortable for my current commute…

Recent work done and upgrades:
69,700: front Michelin Pilot Super Sport (225/40R18)
68,500: flushed brake fluid and new cabin air filter
63,600: BMS oil catch can installed, replaced differential fluid, replaced shocks/struts with Bilstein B6 heavy duty and Dinan shock mounts
61,400: M3 transmission mounts, Whiteline rear subframe bushing inserts
59,800: new OEM battery
59,300: rear Michelin Pilot Super Sport (245/35R18)
57,500: M3 front arms (tension strut and wishbone)
54,800: modified CDV and clutch stop
53,000: walnut blasting, manual transmission fluid flush, spark plugs

Upgrades:
  • Bilstein HD shocks/struts
  • Dinan rear shock mounts
  • Whiteline rear subframe bushing inserts
  • M3 front control arms
  • M3 transmission mounts (original included)
  • Angel eyes
  • BMW Performance black grills (original included)
  • BMW Performance shift knob (original included)
  • BMW Performance pedal kit (original included)
  • Cyba intake scoops (red)
  • BMS Dual Cone Intake (original included)
  • BMW Oil Catch Can
  • Modified CDV (original included)

Extras I will throw in with a full price sale:
  • (2) extra rear wheels (tires have minimal tread remaining but work for emergencies)
  • JB+ (previous owner never installed; I tried it for about 5k miles)
  • (2) Macht Schnell 10mm spacers with extended lugs
  • BMW touch up paint (never used)

Some downsides:
  • Typical rock chips on bumper but nothing major
  • Light wear on driver seat bolster
  • Small flaking on steering wheel trim (typical for this car)
  • Tiny dent in the driver’s door that’s visible when the car is clean and in the light
  • Water pump/thermostat should be replaced soon
  • Oil filter housing gasket/oil cooler gasket should be replaced (I will do this for a quick full price sale)
