my car has a bad high pressure fuel pump. I just want to see if this car is recall eligible?

Is this a n54 or a n55?

High Pressure fuel pump is eligible for a free exchange up to 120k miles on E chassis N54 and N55.

Thanks i found this as well. This states n54, i think i have a n55. The car is a 2011 model year. Am i screwed on the $250.00 :-/ ?

What are the chances of them covering the n55? This is freeport BMW on Long Island.
